With the collaboration of various landowners, the project will facilitate the construction of approximately 975 residences, nearly half of which will fall within the affordable housing segment. This ambitious endeavor not only addresses the housing shortage but also provides space for entrepreneurs.

In the urban vision for Fleetpark Leidschendam, new development harmonizes with the natural environment. Situated along the highway between Amsterdam and The Hague, this masterplan is meticulously crafted to mitigate noise pollution while seamlessly integrating with the surrounding scenery.

The masterplan emphasis quality green spaces and vibrant streetscapes. By strategically consolidating parking facilities within the buildings, Fleetpark Leidschendam offers an idyllic park setting, inviting residents and visitors to wander along its meandering pathways. The transformation of underutilized green zones into a dynamic mixed-use neighborhood is a central objective of this project. By concentrating parking in the buildings and out of sight, ample space is liberated for premium greenery, including mature trees and serene water features.
