Wat vragen wij:

– Afgeronde opleiding TU of Academie van Bouwkunst
– Minimaal 5+ jaar relevante werkervaring
– Ervaring met detaillering en technische uitwerking van grootschalige projecten
– Goede kennis van de Nederlandse bouwpraktijk en regelgeving
– Kennis van Revit is een pré
– Flexibiliteit, zelfstandigheid en hands-on mentaliteit
– Naast Nederlands een uitstekende beheersing van de Engelse taal
– Beschikbaarheid september/oktober

BD Junior esponsibilities/ tasks:

-Monitoring of tenderned (NL) and international tender pages
