SCHIPHOL A PIER
In collaboration with Foster + Partners.
Schiphol Airport is known for its spectacular simplicity and putting the travel experience of each user at the core of its business. In our competition design for the A-Pier, designed in collaboration with Foster + Partners, simplicity, openness, and a clear orientation were the core concepts. We envisioned a 360-degree experience with transparent facades and large skylights that gives the traveler a view over the surrounding landscape, the airplanes in the sky and the processes on the ground.
