NEW EDUCATION CENTER TU DELFT

ECHO is Barcode Architect’s proposal for the new education center of the TU Delft. ECHO enhances the Stevinkwartier on campus with its identifiable and distinctive volume that opens up to the public space around it. The new building is open towards the rest of the campus, inviting students to come in. Characteristic to the plan is the clustering of the program in four logical volumes with their own identity and giving the four sides of the building each their own unique expression. The different functions of the building are exposed to the surroundings through the extremely transparent glass façade.
